Binder Lock is a simple and cost effective way of keeping your binders secured. The U-shaped bracket is designed to fit over the binder handle and lock into place with adjustable safety pin for more tight secure binder. The bracket can be fitted over the chain or the binder handle. The lock can be clipped through the chain and around the binder handle.
