When placing an order, please have the following information available if possible:

• Your customer account number (if known)
• Billing address and shipping address
• Telephone number and fax number
• Tax ID number
• Purchase order number (if applicable)
• Visa, MasterCard or American Express number
• Brief description of product
• Product number (if known)

          SHIPPING:

Shipping is charged on all orders unless quoted otherwise. If you would like to have shipping charged to your account, with a carrier of your choice, please indicate so when ordering.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment terms are prepayment by t/t wire or  credit card number (Visa,  MasterCard or American Express). Sorry, no COD orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Orders for items of special design or for items which we do not normally carry in stock cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

RETURN POLICY: Goods may be returned with prior authorization only. CTS reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned products. All goods returned must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging.

CLAIMS: Claims for shortages and damaged goods must be filed with CTS within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
